Cruz del Valle
I started del Valle Advisory because the businesses that need operational help the most — the ones between $5M and $20M in revenue — are usually the ones that can't afford a Big 4 engagement and don't want the AI-startup pitch. They need someone who will actually look at how work moves through their organization and tell them what's wrong.
My background is in operations and change management. I've spent years helping organizations — from manufacturers to nonprofits — understand the gap between how they think work happens and how it actually does. That gap is almost always where the problem is.
Before launching del Valle Advisory, I ran operations for a food distribution network serving downtown Los Angeles — a setting where a broken process wasn't an inconvenience, it was a missed meal. That experience shaped how I think about what operational excellence actually means.
Book a conversationThree things that don't change engagement to engagement.
No overhead theater
You won't get a team of analysts you never meet. You'll work directly with the person who does the work.
Findings over frameworks
We don't apply the same playbook to every client. We go in with questions, not answers.
Change that sticks
We measure success by what's still working six months after we leave — not by the weight of the deliverable.
